For prom hairstyles, you can mix some trendy styles with some unusual ideas.  It is known that everyone wants to look her or his best for prom. Girls usually go to search for their prom dresses 2012 months before the special event. With the gorgeous gowns, equally trendy hairdos should be made to match with it. Now is 2012, you need to try a new style to look refreshing and stylish.  Here are some good ideas for your hair choice.
Hair Down Style  are classic hairstyles for prom and never go out of fashion. Layers work well with all faces and hair types. Keep you hair clean when going to attend the prom. If you like, you can get some suitable fringes to along with your natural hair style.
Side Updo is one of my favorite hair styles. We know that Half, wavy updos, chignons or  French buns are common in prom. This time you can try this style in such a formal occasion. Fix the updo on one side of your head to make it looks a little bit different from others.
Messy Style If you plan to wear a sexy dress, you need to create a matching hairstyle to go with it. So, messy hair style will be a good choice. Wash your hair, and then on wet hair apply a wet look gel. Do not comb your hair! Simply, scrunch your hair and then let them dry. After dry your hair, comb them with your fingers. Side part the hair or middle part them to make them more manageable.
Ponytails is suitable for those girls who are rush to to prom for it is easy to make. Meanwhile, no matter what your hair is wavy, curly or straight, you can create a ponytail.  Don’t think that ponytail only has one style. Every hair type can make a unique hairdo.  For example, if your hair is curly, you can simply comb your hair and fix a loose ponytail near the nape of your neck and place it over your shoulder.
